And they don't believe in God, so they are atheists too. You are under the mistaken impression that atheism is a belief system which can be blamed for a thing. When actually when you are saying is that lack of theism causes adverse effects to society. But theism also contains no particular teaching, it's simply the belief that there is a god. So that god could tell you to do bad things to society. You just can't win this argument.
