You're chiming now. And I must say it is very predictable.

You mean people always seem to react negatively to your bigotry? Fancy that.

    not on the "official" level.
the overwhelming majority of it comes from the people, not government agencies, and a very large part of it comes from children

What bigotry? I simply expressed a view. Look, here's my thoughts on the matter...

"Homophobe" is simply a tool used by those who want to belittle anyone who disagrees with the homosexual mythology. It's like the word "bigot," which seems to be a favorite when opposing views meet. I offered you examples of how other words can be used against homosexuals--same principle. Nobody likes 'em. That's why I avoid using them.

the problem with religious sites is that you must source the information yourself.

the very last thing gays need is for some kind of spin on things.

I pulled it up on the fly. Probably not the best choice, but it's out there. I'm not a religious fellow myself; however, I appreciate the Christian concern for the issue. They might be a bit overzealous, but I think they truly care about gays...most do anyway.

Well, most states still have laws against homosexual marriage. That's pretty official. Fortunately official racism is almost gone.

I'n not too worried overall, since we're heading in the right direction. 40 years ago you could be arrested for being gay. Now you just don't have some rights. We have a ways to go but things are looking up,

    Agreed.

if i were a preacher or the person that could legally marry 2 people, i wouldn't marry 2 men or 2 women.
makes me ill even thinking about it.
    i dunno man.

I think as long as it's a choice by all involved, there shouldn't be a problem. I doubt you'll see a religious ceremony catering to homosexuals any time soon. My problem is when people are forced to participate, such as a business that sells flowers. As long as everyone is allowed to act according to their beliefs, there would be no problem.

    Mod Note

When we get to the point where homophobes and bigots like Bowser and co feel justified in their bigotry to use this forum and this thread like a soapbox to air their whines about how they feel about homosexuals and then posting links to sites that specifically deal with ways and manners in which one can offend gays, then it is more than past time to shut this thread down.

    Before I do, however..

Leopold - your bigotry and hatred knows no bounds. Perhaps this is a reaction to how you view yourself as a victim on this site because of your stupidity when it comes to evolution. However, it is noted. Your manner of posting here was nothing more than trolling. And believe me, I will think up of ways to deal with your posts in this thread over the next 24 hours.

Bowser - as with Leopold, your hatred and bigotry is disgusting to behold. That you feel yourself to be a martyr because I won't allow you to post links to sites which encourages the raping of children says more about you than you way have wished to convey.

I won't remove the links. They will remain here as a testament to your hatred and also educate other members about who the bad people are and you should be treated accordingly by this site.

I can assure you, homophobes, you are not the victims here. The victims are those who were forced to have to put up with your fucking idiocy and hatred and for that, I apologise sincerely to the membership who attempted to politely educate you and teach you some manners, at the very least. They deserve better from me and from you.
