    If you lady Elizabeth suddenly experienced a psychic connection, [beyond intuition] would you:
    1] Call a doctor for some medication. [consider it a hallucination]
    or
    2] Trust your sensing and experience?
    or
    3] Consider it to be a freaky "one of those things" type of experiences?
    or
    4] None of the above...?

    @LAdy Elizabeth,
    what would it take for you to believe in psyhcic phenonema as being real and tangible?
    What would you have to experience?

    A simple scientifically controlled experiment, all of which have comprehensively proven telepathy as sheer pathetic mindless codswallop ... so, why now bother?

    I concur, but with a fair degree of awful flim-flam cretinoid acting.

    well be the first to offer a solid explanation for how "empathy" is achieved [ blind and at a distance] utilising only cold clinical and indifferent brain chemistry>>>>
    why didn't the guy in the Jaguar simply run the guy down? Why did he seek to avoid the accident and risk his own life and that of his partner for the sake of a complete stranger.?
    Would you have run the guy down?

    why would I care about someone who's only claim to fame is the spewing of vitriolic insults. Someone not capable of honest genuine discussion without rampant denigration of the target of their vitriol.
    Go on admit it...you can't help yourself? Attempting to insult is all you have...

    Strange thing, this reminds me of a old Buddhist parable converted into a proverb:

    Adapted:
    "I used to have to pay someone to insult me but when I come to Sciforums I get it for free"

    In repsonse to the following;
    I write down a 10 digit number & think about it. The person claiming telepathic abilities tells me what the number is.

    There are some possible variations of the above involving more than two people, but that is the basic concept.

    A 10 digit number? That is pretty extreme.

    I would have guessed number 7, at first glance I saw a number from 1-10.

    From my experiences with experimenting with telepathy, reading about it and discussing these ideas with other people is that the people who are most reluctant to consider the idea of telepathy as real are the ones that are most afraid to have their own thoughts revealed. People with nothing to hide are more openminded, needless to say.
    Telepathy has been studied and the more two people know eachother the better it works.
    It's also easier to draw a picture that the other person is watching than guess a ten digit number for example.
