How is it possible to make each of these ionic liquids?

I understand in swimming pools, HCl is used to change the acidity of the water. Would it be possible to use muriatic acid acid from the store to create each of these?

The trick I'm looking for is to have two liquids that are ions. H30+ and OH- solutions.

Miky you got it There is a liquid that have 10< -7 of Hydronium ions and 10<-7 Hydroxide ions , they call it pure water. If you want do increase the Hydronium ions you add in your case Muriatic acid and if you want to increase the Hydroxide ios You can ad caustic soda

Ok. Thanks for the reply!...will the hydronium in the water cause the water to be overall net positive, or will something cancel out?

So in theory, if the hydronium and hydroxide solutions are in a container with a thin plastic partition in the middle (to divide them), they should attract to each other and cause a small electromagnetic field?

Any hydronium in the water has a counter charge associated with it. For example, hydrochloric acid has lots of hydronium in it, but, the charge balance is provided by the chloride ion.
