I read this article and this machine uses a complete new hardware architecture and modular software that can be adapted to other supercomputers. I want to know when it will fit into my phone?

    I'm guessing 2050

It is highly likely that you will be dead by that time though, so you won't be able to see it.

If what you said "I want to know when it will fit into my phone?" implies "when will a phone have a total of 20 petaflops", then I'm guessing 2050 (like what I said above)
but if what you mean by it is "when will it fit into my current phone", then never

Actually, I think they are planning to use supercomputers in some form of cloud processing and anybody who accesses the cloud will be able to use the power of the supercomputer. That may happen before I die.

Chaotic modeling. By using supercomputers they will input all available data on a country and make prediction models like we do with weather now. But it's likely we'll never know about those supercomputers. At least not unil we make accurate predictions.

I think that prediction is a little overly optimistic, as even the power savings they get with the Titan architecture will not keep it reasonable in an exascale machine.
