I started a intensity training workout for my arms and upper body and now I have stretch marks over the short head of my bicepts, right above its insertion below the shoulder muscles. That was about 1 month ago.

    What do I do?

They are light red/bright pink and about 1x2 inches.

    It goes away with time.

OK. Probably happened because my body fat dropped from 15 to 11 and I gained 3 pounds of muscle.

It doesn't always go away. I've had stretch marks just underneath my arms(latissmus dorsi) for years. They have faded to be skin color though, but I still have little long-ass grooves in my skin.

K, thanks for the heads up - they are still small [about the size of the tip of the thumb to the first joint], so they will be manageable.

A small cost for added muscle and strength. After a few decades of life you will acquire many more such marks and they will become less important to you than those muscles and the improvement in your health they signal.
