Yeh I think that's a mobile number. Are you going to call regularly? if so I'd suggest you get some phone call cards, so you can get a £5, £10 etc. top up card and you just use the instructions on the back of the card (pin etc.) It is much cheaper than the standard international charges on a normal landline. Do not phone direct with your mobile phone, will cost an arm and a leg. Try vectone and lyca mobile.
