Well, no offense, but you argue with me on this, you must argue with relativity.

It just so happens that I think we can retreive time when we will quantize relativity, but a past and future won't exist, that much for sure are illusions. We may, atleast I think, when a successful unification between relativity and quantum mechanics does come around, that time will be defined as an eternal present moment.

Might not be too eternal mind you in a finite universe.

Well some posts do seem to go round in circles...

    What is time?
    What is consciousness?
    What is time?
    What is consciousness?
    What is time?
    What is consciousness?
    What is time?
    What is consciousness?

I believe that the answers are spread out all over the place.

I believe that time is a central hole in a grain structure, and I believe that consciousness uses a time hole as an origin for looped energy.

I have no idea what you mean Pincho.

Probably because you don't follow the links in the other threads that you created. I have linked to all this before. My snowflake download shows how matter is linked to central holes in grain structures. This central hole must be time, because it is the point of all movement. In other words it means that the singularity of the Big Bang isn't at a location in space, it is spread out evenly everywhere. There is no origin to the Universe.

What has links that I have created in other threads got to do which things you have linked?

I fail to understand. Help me understand.

The rest is nonsensical without definitions. What is a central hole to time? What does it mean to spread the big bang out evenly everwhere? You do realize that when big bang happened, it began at an infinitessimally small point right and as it expanded, the big bang could be defined on every point of the spacetime map because there was no center? Or is this what you are trying to articulate?

Funny, but you read sentences back to front. Notice how the words in your reply are in the reverse order to the words that I posted.

    (word counts) =

    Yes, fascinating.

Ok, so I shall sentence this in an exact order...

    1/ Forget the Big Bang.

    2/ Time is movement.

3/ I posted a download of the movement which creates a snowflake.

4/ Remember that time is movement.

5/ My snowflake generator moves atoms to a central location based on a grain structure combined with the Bose Einstein condensate.

6/ The Bose Einstein condensate has a graph which shows that the movement of atoms is towards a central location.

    7/ Movement is time.

8/ Movement towards a central location creates a snowflake.

9/ The opposite movement to a snowflake is a sun.

    10/ Movement is time.

11/ Therefore time is located at all central locations to a body of particles.

12/ Choose a sphere of temperature, locate the centre, the centre of that sphere is the time for that sphere.

13/ The pattern of time is a fractal, and it is based on overlapped sphere.

14/ Forget the Big Bang, forget the singularity. Time is everywhere, and based on space time grain structure.

I'll be nice and simply say I don't agree with most of it... but... a true revelation might be thought about time inside of particles.

The electron for instance has an internal clock.

You just moved the argument to electrons. But do you know what an electron is? I doubt it. So you move from time to something else which you don't understand. The electron has an orbit the same as a snowflake, The 6 pronged orbit. The electron is not what anyone thinks it is. It is 6 holes, surrounding another hole. They are all time holes. It is part of the fractal arrangement.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but I am almost positive I understand what time in a clearer more decisive and scientific way than yourself and the that no one knows what an electron truely is, other than our standard names, being a particle, with a mass, a charge ect.

If you want to know what time is, read back on the posts I have made, including if not especially, Dinosaurs posts. He nailed it in a more precise fashion than I did.

I read it, but it is the same as my posts without the physics. It is the philosophical version. A lot easier to understand, but no actual science in it. If you only want to know the philosophical versions, post in the philosophy forum.

Time is the measure of duration, the second being the standard unit of measure of time.

    It works like this:

The universe is an infinite volume. That infinite volume is space, which is the absolute frame. Mass resides in the volume which means mass resides in the absolute frame (space). Light travels in the absolute frame (space). Distance is the space between points in the absolute frame. The standard unit of measure of distance in the absolute frame is the meter. The meter is basically defined as the length of the path that light travels in a vacuum in 1/299,792,458 of a second, which means the speed of light is locked at 299,792,458 m/s.

What does that all mean? It means that distance is locked to time when speaking about light, because you can't separate distance and time when speaking about light travel.

So if light travels 299,792,458 meters in the absolute frame, exactly 1 second has elapsed in the absolute frame for all objects in the frame.

Time is absolute because we define it that way. Anyone that says different is a crank (the name Einstein comes to mind)!

    Einstein was a crank... yeah..

... and I recently signed up for the NASA space mission to planet reality.

Einstein is over-rated. I think his work in the patent office helped him to find something useful.

Just more indications of your stupid, childish, self-aggrandising attitude. You are the poster child for the phrase, "A legend in his own mind".

Do you have a proof of this, and is it based on empirical observation?
That's pretty much what Newton said.
If the "meter" is defined in terms of "seconds", how are "seconds" defined? What if, instead of being able to measure the distance light travels, you can only measure the speed of light, so you have to calculate all the distances based on the constant speed of light?

so time becomes a measurement of the movement of light then
