    A TV series/movie count?

Rome was really absorbing. Think I'll watch again, being now bored here again…

Rome was great! The second season was a bit of a disappointment though, but still very good. Have you seen Carnivale? That was also a very good show!

I don't have a top of the list favourite, but my most loved films include the following:

    Heat
    Enter The Dragon
    Leon
    Inglorious Basterds
    Seven
Monty Python And The Holy Grail
    Henry V (1989)
    Aliens
    Trainspotting
    Jurassic Park
    Die Hard
Most of the James Bond movies

grave of the fireflies: nothing has ever moved me this much

legend: ethereal and best fairytale i've seen on film. unfortunately it has tom cruise in it but it's so good it's a minor nuisance.

sunshine: thought the cinematography was so good and some of the visuals so spectacular it made up for a ho-hum cast.

seven years in tibet: loved the story as i think it was based on real events.

empire of the sun: kind of epic

dracula by coppola: the twist of the reincarnation weaved into the story was hot.

les miserables: a moral look at society

that's it so far as 'favorite' has a very high standard and it's not just 'like' or 'enjoy' so i guess an ultimate favorite is yet to be seen, it if ever will.

Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind

If you are discouraged because it is a rom-com starring Jim Carey, don't be. This movie is magical from start to finish.
