Smartest person on Sciforums

Based on interactions you have seen on sciforums out of these people who do you think is the smartest?

I think Quad is the smartest on the forum . Hands down . You know the blood thirsty Barbarian . Well rounded

That is really tough. I might have an opinion on the most educated or the most knowledgable in a field of study but as for smartest - very hard to say.

 

Did cosmictraveler and common_sense_seeker hybridize again..?

Sorry for asking, but why are those two last options in there?

 

The poll boxes us in to your personal view of who's the smartest by the choices you provided.

Personally, I think people like Tiassa, Quadraphonics, BenTheMan (well, he's not around much anymore) and FraggleRocker should at least be on the list as an option.

i agree. tiassa and fraggle rocker are very detailed and explain very thoroughly. quad is very well rounded with a lot of common sense and astute. james r is very intelligent as well. bentheman is awesomely technically intelligent and knowledgeable in his field as are many here. that is the beauty of intelligence, there is so many different types and all have thier gifts and insights to offer the world.

that said, let's not get crazy. everyone has their blindspots, ignorance and stupid areas.

I started to give this topic some thought. And then I saw that Greenboy was listed as a potential candidate.
That made me realise that the topic isn't intended at all seriously.
(Although, even as a joke, it's pushing it slightly...)

 

I think there are many very intelligent people that inhabit this forum and everyone that's here gives me something to learn or think about. To choose just one of the many would be like choosing which son or daughter you love more, it just can't be done IMO. :itold:

Very difficult. I remember a few years ago reading a post by Trippy and thinking he's one smart cat. So I go there, but it's not fair to the others really.

Quad, I don't know . I think Quad id a brilliant should I say it ? Female. I don't know why I think that ? It is the mercy in Quads heart . I never seen that in anybody Like I have Quad . A legitimate concern comes to mind and a willingness to see it through . PLus the mind of an Einstein. I can't put my finger on it . San Diego is that right . You know what they say and I believe it is true . If I get my choice of were I want to go after I die of Heaven or some place else I choose San Diego . See now I see why . Seriously though, I've seen enough over the years to know that it's probable that someone will think it's funny to start such a thread after seeing this one.
It's not baiting. It's making clear what will not be tolerated, beforehand.
