So you don't bother checking links I provide?
Thanks Leo. That gives me some idea of how much you're putting into this conversation. I.e. not much.
    Goodbye.

what I like about Jim and any others like him

is that they bring information to the surface , that is not commonly known

and its not commonly known because it flies in the face of mainstream thinking

and the mainstream then buries this information

if we really want to understand ourselves and our place in this Universe or actually this solar-system than we have to be willing to be aware of knowledge that is true , but hidden

even if it takes time to wrap our heads around the implications of this uncommon or hidden knowledge , we ALL need to still be aware of it

i don't think they were "pushed out" as much as being denigrated, ridiculed, and derided to the point of almost giving up.
probably the intent of the ridicule.

    science shouldn't be this way.
you find anomalous data then you need to find an explanation for it instead of denying its existence or ridiculing the messenger.

No, what they tend to do is invent "information" and claim it's genuine.

And what you consistently fail to acknowledge is that the information isn't true.

Yeah, because everyone should be aware of crackpot lies.

I'm sorry to have to point this out, and James, you can gig me for this is you want to, but the last 8 pages have basically been a discussion of utter crap.

Guess? I stated "at least two of the claims I listed for him were included in one of his books". Even a cursory glance at the link given would have shown WHICH two were in in his book, and the title of that book.
Especially as two of them had the same reference number.

    Dywyddyr

you remind me of a crusty old man , set in his ways and it wouldn't matter who said what , you still would deny the fact

Maurice Ewing , one of the co-directors of the seismic experiment , is full of BS

Dr. Frank Press of MIT is full of BS too , appartently

And you remind me of an idiot. You have failed throughout to actually read what is written.

A perfect illustration of what I wrote above, At no point has this been claimed. Go back and read the reply made with regard to these people. (Or, more specifically, Ewing).

    Most of them.

    #102. I'll repeat it here:
Yeah? Considering the number of times we've had repeat a post or refer you to an earlier one I'd suggest you try (much) harder then.

    okay

but this doesn't negate his first comment , since both are based on " could be "

    Corection: it does.
He was correct at the time but we've learnt more since then.
    It's, y'know, how science progresses.
First we find something we can't explain and then we get round to a viable explanation.
Only cranks leave out the later explanation to maintain mystery and promote stupidity.

Apollo 13 did the same experiment

according to NASA , this time the moon " reacted like gong "

the reverberations lasted for 3hrs and 20min. and traveled to a depth of 22 to 25 miles

Quite a few Apollo missions did it.
    Try Google.

    And your point would be...?

    Oh, okay.
    Oh, wait:

In other words you have already agreed that solid bodies can and do.
