    Hmm, let me think.
We have a handful of the stuff and, according to you it's "well beyond our technology".
I'm at a loss to see how there could be any economic ramifications.

Ah, right. Let's ignore the fact that the man held some decidedly cranky views. Especially when wondering why he appears to be consigned to getting published only in crank periodicals.

Brilliance is no proof against being a crank.

But what has happened to dissenters in the archaeology of the Americas - especially those who dealt with the Hueyatlaco evidence — goes beyond mere suspicion. Their data are treated with contempt, their results (even when they are modestly stated) are treated as crackpottery, and they are sometimes accused of incompetence or dishonesty.
    Why these extreme reactions?
In every science, anomalies are met with this same hostility.

    Do I need to?
I've already pointed out one of his errors (from my own knowledge), and given links to a page listing others.
Brilliance does not preclude putting information together in a skewed way.

As far as I can tell (Google helps) there are calls for further (and deeper) investigation.

can you provide some audio where prouty makes the claims you attribute to him?

Hint 1: what could we build with the amount that we've got?
Hint 2: what makes you think we need it, given the other materials we have?

    No I didn't.

So how come they were still publishing more than ten years later and appearing in TV programmes nearly 30 years later?

PS I find it strange that you persist in asking me to respond to posts (ones not made by you) when you fail to respond to posts addressed to you.

unfortunately you can say anything about a dead man.
that's why i asked for audio of prouty himself.

As far as I can gather at least two of the claims I listed for him were included in one of his books. (Which I'm trying to get a copy of).
Then again, one could always claim that he didn't write those words...

    So do earth rocks.

Both are results of natural nuclear processes. (Google Olko Reactor if you don't understand how this can happen.)

Not at all surprising. Nothing rusts on the moon.

Stainless steel is made of iron. And even pure iron does not rust in a vacuum.

Would we say that the poster known as River is baiting or trolling? Or both?

It is obviously posting deliberate crap in order to generate some controversy, and keep people replying to his posts.

because either their not writing about the original findings or if they are , their findings finally got accepted

its the same with the origin of this thread and the acceptance of the facts whether you or I like it or not

Einstein went through the same attitudes at first

    Fail. Again.
You claimed they were "pushed out". That has been shown to be incorrect.

    Untrue.
The origin of this thread is false (and unsubstantiated) claims. Ones that have already been shown to be incorrect and/ or deliberate misinformation.

Ho ho. I think that gets you 5 points on the crank scale though.

when dealing with this type of subject the speculations run wild.
what 2 claims are you talking about?
what's the title of the book you are interested in?

yeah, i guess someone COULD say he didn't write those words.
    audio man, audio.
prouty has been on TV and possibly radio.
finding audio of him making the claims you attribute to him should be at least possible.
