Because its even easier to tell where those were created. The kinds of labs necessary to produce good chemical or biological weapons are relatively few in number. And I don't think Iraq had more then a couple chemical plants that were sophisticated enough to produce that kind of weapon. Ask yourself, why is it that the only major well known anthrax attack was around 9/11/2001? You'd think that they would do it more often then that. It seems to me the answer is that they only had access to a lab for it's production for a short period of time. And haven't had that sort of access in a long time.

An Air Force jet with first lady aborted landing and had to circle round for some time because it was too close to a military cargo plane. The compromise date should be between 4/18 (the plane incident of the First lady) and 4/25.
