Comparing the US to Russia is idiotic. Their military hemorrhages technology and equipment because it's so underpaid. They couldn't even deal with the likes of Chechnya effectively.

Russia is a decaying society and their sub fleet--and this is where you show your real ignorance and desire to spout nonsense just to make yourself feel good--is rusting in Kursk. Compare their fleet to the Seawolfs or the Virginias. Only just recently has Russia started spending money to fix their rusting boats.
