i sent diode man a message and asked him to answer my questions in this thread but i guess he doesn't want to. i'm guessing he doesn't want to analyze this very objectively because it scares him. but in post he did make here to someone else he said that he was stressed out when he smoked, and he thinks the combination of stress and weed made him hallucinate.

Jesus Lori, we already covered I am not omnipotent, stop asking the same question over again! Where do I think the depictions come from, is it:

1: Aliens really exist, are amongst us, but we can only see them when we are stoned, or:
2: Inventions of Hollywood, anthropomorphic in nature so the costume can accomodate an actor.

that's not what i mean, no. what you quoted was what diode man said about his stress level in a previous post, which completely contradicts this relaxed hypnotic and incredibly suggestive state that you're suggesting caused the "hallucination".

well, i've heard lots of people say that weed makes them paranoid, not relaxed, and diode man said he was stressed out when he smoked that particular time, and like i said, i can't help but think the "hallucination" made the stress worse. so i'm saying that no matter how you slice it in this case, there seems to be no such super duper relaxed state that you claim would've made him more susceptible to suggestion.

 

All of the above, it was a dream.

But it seems that one saw an alien, and this suggestion made the other see it too. Paranoia could explain this almost, if it was extreme, but that wouldn't so much be seeing an alien, but fearing one. It's hard to say without a full description of events from those involved.

2 pints of Guinness and a few tokes of good weed, I definitely hallucinated with that when I was a newbie mj smoker. I stopped smoking weed after 35 years of abuse, now I have COPD.

 

The nicotine from one pack of cigarettes is enough to kill any adult human. Put the tobacco into a pot of boiling water and let boil for about 30 minutes then strain out the tobacco and evaporate the the remaining solution. Put whatever is left in a strong cup of coffee and that should do it.

 

Then why does chewing tobacco cause mouth cancer?

 

IRT I do think that you can hallucinate on weed, but the hallucinations tend to be milder than with other drugs. I had the room spinning on me once, and another time I was convinced my head was in two different places at once. Its generally very conducive to trance like states of mind.

Marijuana strains have different properties and efefcts.

You must have been smoking alot of sativa strain. If your nodding out when you take a few puffs I understand you wanting to quit. I suspect that you had some crazy laced weed or that there maybe something wrong with you.

No I'm saying that it doesent unless you are predisposed genetically.

Example. Sugar is not bad but it is for me because I was diagnosed with adult onset type 1 diabetes. I have genetics predisposed met with a certain enviormental trigger that led to my betacells destroying themselves.

Sugar isnt bad though its not a problem with food its a problem with my genetics. Same with Marijuana. Those predisposed to psycosis and other illnesses shouldent smoke weed because it might make the crazy mother fuckers more crazier in other words if people are hearing voices or are paranoid or whatever when they smoke it may verywell make them more batshit crazy and stimulate something allready there.
