He was the only one that did it right.
You just need to accept the fact of not being able to solve simple problems.
    Its normal

I'm also able to identify those of limited mathematical abilities.
    That again would be you.

This question, at least IMO is really just a stupid trick question. It has almost nothing to do with math.

There's no trick in this question. "price" and "cost" are the same thing. The answer is $2. End of story.

The trick is, after getting this simple $2 question wrong on a test, is to somehow "prove" via the internet that the wrong answer given on test is the right answer.

Neddy's answer was previously given by at least six other posters, starting with decons in post 32.

DH is suggesting that deicider gave the wrong answer to this question on a test, and now he's out to prove that the wrong answer he gave was actually the right answer.

Or maybe he is suggesting that the right answer i gave is the wrong answer that this test deserves and not the right answer it needs.

Essentially you're wasting our time with a bullshit question?

There is no trick to the question, deicider just wasn't smart enough to figure it out on his own.
His posts have shown he hasn't a clue how to solve it.
Which is sad, since it is elementry algebra.

No, that seems to be what you're suggesting. But, you do whatever floats your boat, man. The question was analysed to death (including your favoured answer) pages ago.
