    Is there a point?

Throwing the "Bitches" word around promotes a negative attitude towards women which is stupid pointless and cruel.

I think this is cesspool material.

i thought this forum was intelligent.

there has never been a true communist state, only forms of oligarchies and dictatorships using the mask of communism.

    look behind the "label."

"true" communism is the most democratic and the most fair system in concept ever.

humans are just not evolved enough to make it work.

Show me one human being that isn't greedy, unfair or lying and then you can have your communist ideas work, until those humans are no longer here will communism really ever be a fair system what so ever. In every communist country there are those who take power and control the money, radio, TV, newspapers and everything else. Is that really "fair"? Those people also take all the money they need to go places and do things their fellow comrades can't because they don't earn enough to do anything except keep those in power, in power.

how is that any different than the state of america?

what is capitalism doing? the corporations are making the loot as well as the elite.

i think some system that involves a mix of capitalism, communism and socialism would work in the right combination with the right and intelligent policies.

In spite of myself, this was seemingly turning into an interesting discussion...

Let me be clear, though, that that was not the original intention

There is a very big difference in that everything isn't run by the state it is run by many factions, businesses, governmnment and private owned single people working for themselves. In communism there's only the state that runs everything and thereore sets limits as to how much can be earned, how much can be charged, what can be said and who can say it.

Although communism is an interesting concept in practicality it really makes no sense for what incentives do people have to get ahead or invent something new? You can't say anything against the state or you will be jailed so where is freedom to think? If I wanted to compete and sell at a lower price because I can do better promotion, have lower expenses and smaller buildings then what can I do if the state doesn't allow such sales to happen like that?
