Well I'll be a lizard's concubine! I suppose I am not alone, when I suspect that some of these "fanatics" actually just have orgasms everytime the slightest perceived insult is made. They jizz their panties every opportunity to set the infidel straight. I'd name it Ayisha. They'd probably stampede each other in an effort to get into the place.
I think that most fanatics are like that, though. They live to be outraged by something, make a scene and, in some cases, punish the offenders. The problem is with the people who bend over backwards to accommodate these fanatics.
First the outrage, then the bullying, then victim status, finally protected minority. That's exactly why I thought Imam Rauf's prophesying about the threat from fanatics if the mosque was moved was a little ominous. I'm guessing that he secretly likes that position of power. AND I must remind that he works for the CFR. Which makes me all the more suspicious of intentions. That's simple. Change it back to Mecca. The tensions were always there or not, that's still your opinion only. You should mention both sides of a story in light of discussion to just not look biased.

Yes, granted, there were tensions. Yours truly magnified underlying tensions (the exact nature of which is for another thread) into a Hollywood blockbuster. He was gonna git Bin Laden dead or alive.
