Someone's just made me think. Is there any difference between mocking a person's beliefs and a person's looks? The argument is its more evil mocking a person's countenance becuase the poor bloke can't 'help it'. Yet, its as its easy to change looks as switching philosophy.

While I agree that a person that is willing to scrutinize the information available can certainly change ones philosophy. If someone says that they believe there are fairies then they should be challenged but what value is obtained by challenging the way someone looks. Like I said, it's only value is a personal attack. If all you want to do is make personal attacks, then why bother.
