Unlocked threds in cesspool.???

    To moderaters who are "in the loop".!!!

    Trippy brout it to my attenton that not all cesspooled threds are locked... so what is it that determines which threds gets locked when put in the cesspool.???

    Moderators decide whether threads get locked. Sometimes, conversations are allowed to continue in the Cesspool if they are reasonably harmless. Bitter arguments, flame wars, pure trolling etc. tends to be locked.
