The number of female prostitutes in the word and in history should prove that.

So, what's your field of expertise? Any college education on your part? Done any peer reviewed studies? Read any in-depth analysis? Do tell us all your knowledge!

Really? So all the shrinks I saw, the faith healer, the attempted suicide in my teen years to end the pain of being gay. . . all this long I could have made a choice.

Interesting. Is this "choice" backed by any hard evidence, you know, by gay people (the people you should sorta' be asking) or psychiatrists/psychologists (the other people you should be asking)?

"god" doesn't make anybody. Nature does.

Human being have transcended what nature intended. So, what nature "wants" really isn't relevant. What we want is. There is plenty that humans do that runs contrary to nature. This doesn't make it bad.

My obsession with leather and public sex is a fetish. My innate desire for masculine men is something more. It goes beyond a desire for penis. It's the masculine form, the masculine attitude. It's the whole package that makes it work.

But, okay, even if it were a fetish, that doesn't make it wrong. The world will go on. Gay people don't convert other gay people. Hell, naturally speaking, gay people have a very low fertility rate, so heterosexuals will always out-breed us.

Backed by your cutting wisdom, erudite studies and thorough research, no doubt?

Then I suggest that you put your penis in a vagina. Problem solved! Humans weren't made to fly, leave Earth's gravity or go scuba diving, but the fact is we do what we desire, despite what nature intended. Intelligent species aren't bound by some universal law of "round toy goes into round hole; square toy goes into square hole." If it bothers you, then I suggest you don't engage in homosexual acts. You'll be fine. You'll get through this horrid journey despite the fact gay people lurk in the shadows!

I do. I enjoy it a great deal. I didn't like it as a kid, but as a free adult, I like the insight and uniqueness that I would not have gained by simply being straight. It's who I am. It's part of my identity. Do you like being straight? Probably, because it's part of your identity, it's all you've known.

    Because I'm gay, brainiac!

This is a bio-chemistry thing. While I can't claim it's genetics, there is a lot of evidence that homosexuality is caused by bio-chemical states within the brain during certain points in embryonic development.

And, even if I had a "choice" to be straight (through medicine or therapy), rest assured, I wouldn't. I'm white. I'm male. I'm American. I'm blond. I'm right-handed. I'm an atheist. I'm gay. I wouldn't change any of those things, even if given a choice to become something else. (though, I'd definitely go for slightly better muscle-mass in my arms and a non-receding hairline)

Ahhh. So you're one of those ladies who doesn't like that sort of thing. But. . . um. . . what about when a guy returns the favor, so to speak? Not a fan of that?

From the conversations with my friends, it there appears to be a rift. Most guys either enjoy "giving" to the ladies or grudgingly accept doing it as a part of normal intimate business. The ladies, however, are sharply divided. About 2/3 vote NO WAY on returning the favor. The other 1/3 (and these are guesses) actually enjoy giving fellatio. So, with women, it appears that it's black and white. But with guys, there are shades of grey.

I have no problem with it, but if a guy wants to take a stand that a penis is for a vagina only, well then he better be willing to give up oral sex and no more 'accidentally' trying to tap his girlfriends ass.

She couldn't fathom it, most likely. I love how everyone that isn't gay likes to tell us who we are and why we are that person.
Thank you for your assistance here.

Perhaps sex is one of the most complicated issues of life . I like receiving oral sex but not giving it in return . Some folks just can not understand my desires and my feelings . We are different . We like different things .

I've stayed away on account of the fact that the subject usually gets me very heated and more often than not, attracts the most ignorant segments of the human population.

Check the IQ level of racist, homophobic, sexist bigots. They're usually the dumbest most religious segments of society. They can be found clustering around religious buildings, inhabiting "double-wides", housing projects and earthen dwellings. Few, if any, achieve any real education level in the sciences (well, the real sciences, that is).

    Momentum is on our side.

One need merely to look at the trend. Observe homophobia 50 years ago. 40 years ago. 10 years ago. And observe it today. Was it more then than it is now? Linearly speaking, bigots are a dying breed, even now in the die-back phase they are clawing for their last scraps of flesh and taking their last breaths.

Within a hundred and fifty years most of the civilized world will leave fairy tales and ignorant assumptions behind, though a few will remain in places that attract the gullible, absent minded and the overly-religious.

Is that right? You're saying that everyone chooses whether to be gay or straight? When did you choose? Tell us more about the experience.

Personally I don't remember making that choice. I've always liked girls, since I became old enough to start noticing the difference. There was never a day in my life when I sat there wondering if it would be better to like girls or boys.

The reason the Religious Redneck Retards say homosexuality is a choice is probably that they've observed one or two men who were married with children suddenly leave their families and declare themselves to be gay. They don't understand that these men were always gay by nature, but were influenced by society and their families into repressing their sexuality because it was "evil," and pretending to be heterosexual. People do all kinds of strange things that cause themselves harm because of social pressure so this is hardly surprising. Becoming a suicide bomber because your friends tell you to is probably much more harmful than pretending to be heterosexual. (Although I'm not qualified to state that with certainty. It might be easier to blow yourself up than to have sex with a person you're not attracted to.)

I have a friend who grew up in one of those cesspools of religious intolerance in the Deep South, and if he'd told anyone he was gay he would have been disowned and ostracized by his family, and probably treated far worse by outsiders. He just suppressed himself to survive. When his children were grown up, his wife was gone and he had moved to a less backward state, he finally had the temerity to admit his own sexuality.

A person can make a choice to pretend to be heterosexual, and thousands of them do it every day. But they cannot make a choice to be heterosexual any more than the rest of us could make the choice to be homosexual. It just doesn't work that way. That's just more religious bullshit and one more reason why we need to work harder to free civilization from the evil of religion. A lot of lives are ruined when a man is forced to pretend he's something he's not.

I'm straight by choice. Tried out both, and came to the conclusion that I prefer the male body structure.

Then you're a rare, rare breed.

I tried vah-jeen on several occasions as a teenager and found not only it, but the accompanying packaging undesirable. Stumbled upon a fellow gay man and--SURPRISE--Mikey liked it!

    Lol, that video was cute.

What exactly makes a man more attractive for you? (no need to answer if you don't feel like it)

Okay, I'm probably still 'bisexual' in that sense, it's just I prefer one riverside more than the other. I would say it has a lot to do with aesthetics(the girl has to be really hot to get me interested..w00t). And the fact that I get better along with men. So I decided to stay on the more sympathetic riverside.

Beyond the unexplainables (like, why I like chocolate, sushi, the color blue, for example): well toned-to-muscular, slightly stocky, masculine, in posession of a penis avec nuggets, all four limbs and accompanying digits along with the full us of them, both eyes, all teeth in a white and orderly fashion, not overly pierced, tattoos are welcome, dark hair, preferably dark (very, VERY dark brown) eyes (being Hispanic is a plus), intelligent, laugh-out-loud funny (I've gone splitsville with every attempted beau over the fact that we didn't laugh enough**), outgoing (my current boyfriend is shy, but he's getting better).

I'm an "Arms-Pecs-Glutes-Back-Legs-Face-Hair-Eyes-Teeth-Abs-Package-Masculinity-Personality-Intelligence" kind of guy.

Heavy sigh. Yeah, in my limited experience, the ladies aren't too keen on fellatio. You guys definitely have the advantage on us straights there. Reminds me of an old joke - "In a recent survey, seventy percent of gay men say they were born that way. The other thirty percent say they got sucked into it."

I remember reading a quote from the actress Valerie Perrine (she was so hot in the first Superman movie). She said "I can understand why men are gay. Who wouldn't like to suck cock?"

I remember thinking her boyfriend was a lucky man.

My lover and I were talking earlier about the idea that people hold that gay sex is somehow unnatural.

For both Ellery and myself, sex with another man felt natural, and sex with a woman... well, wouldn't at all.

1, Homosexuality is clearly an evolutionary disadvantage - according to Darwinism

2, No, I find it attractive, however I don't find two men kissing attractive, that is my sexual preference

3, I am not speaking for anyone, I am giving my opinion

Why do you have to be so defensive and have a victim mentality?
