well will seems to think that laws of other countries are unimportant, unless its US law. I was turning it back on him.

There are lots of examples of Australians who are facing judgements (even death) in other countries. The death penelty is forbiden in Australia but that doesnt mean we send the SAS in to get them out, wether its murder in the US or an extacy tablet in Indonesia or Thailand.

Tell me will, are you for or against the UK hacker being sent to the US to face US "justice"? I mean the US has an apalling record on dealing with ofenders with a mental illness so the UK should ignore the US's request right?

Australia and the UK aren't like North Korea. There's a crucial distinction between dictatorships and legit governments that you're failing to make. If you love those guys so much, then you can go there and suck their miniature asian weewees.

I'm with you, but how do you "deal" with offenders with a mental illness anyway? Isn't executing them the easiest way?

what stupidity, once again as i put in another thread. Would you execute someone who had a heart atack and there for crashed the bus full of people they were driving?

they wouldnt even be charged. The "easiest" way to "deal with" PEOPLE with a mental illness is to a) treat them as humans not diseases and b) to actually get them the treatment they need

That's different, but OK, I understand your point.

Right, but what if you can't treat them?

What if they are cold-blooded psychopaths?
