Many people committ offences because they aren't loved or treated with any kindness so they turn to violence as a way to protect themselves in a distorted way. I'd think if people could be more kind to others that many times others just might not get so out of control. I do not feel any love for someone who murders others, rapes them, or does any type of criminal thing that hurts others.
I actually read a lot in different sources that having more sex makes your life longer. I call it BS, there are many people who had a lot of sex and still lived a long life. For males, sex is one of the preventive for prostate cancer, kinda of use it or lose it....also for some reason, young girl and old man adds years to the man's life....(at least that is what those men swear by)
