Really amateurish strawman of the theory of evolution. What Bells meant is that monkeys and humans have a common ancestor. Which is why we did not evolve from monkeys. Or chimpanzees, or orangutans, or gorillas, or any other primate you might care to throw out there.

We didn't evolve from monkeys; monkeys are just a relative. To my best knowledge, australopithecus is the oldest ancestor before the genus homo After which, we had species like Homo erectus, Homo habilis, and many more (not in order as I listed) And now we are Homo sapiens.
what i dont get about atheists is that they say we evolved from monkeys for millions of years, but what they dont get is that monkeys dont live for millions of years!

:bugeye: I am going to give you some very strong and valid advice. I want you to look up the department of education in your home state. Look at who is in charge of the education of children where you live. Then I want you to find the best lawyer you can find and launch a suit against your local and possible state education departments. Because they have failed you dismally and they should be made to pay. And then, I want you to visit a urologist and ask him to snip your tubes because you should never, ever, be allowed to breed. All this can be countered of course if you actually open a book or two and read what is in it. Preferably science books. Even elementary level one's should provide you with the very basic information you need. I believe this option may be cheaper and should provide you with the assistance you so desperately need.
