Four years ago, when I had just about completed the lengthy legal and financial vetting process required by the U.S. government to place my then-92-year-old-mother in a nursing home, I was asked to produce her birth certificate as “proof” of her citizenship. While she was born in America, had voted in every election for untold decades, and paid her taxes religiously, that wasn’t good enough to qualify my elderly mother –deaf, legally blind, and confined to a wheelchair – to be admitted to the facility I had chosen for her near my home.

Frankly, I didn’t think finding my mother’s birth certificate was possible, given the fact that she had been born in a farmhouse in Storrs, CT, along with nine of her 10 siblings, to parents who didn’t speak English. Despairing that she would never be “qualified” to receive the care she desperately needed, I set about to find the document, which I was sure had vanished in the unreliable record-keeping of 1913......................................................................................................................

When I called the third number, I explained to the woman who answered the phone that I was “asking something impossible.” I gave her my mother’s first name and her father’s last name.

Within four minutes, she said, “Here it is!” She had found my mother’s birth certificate, and it surprised me when I learned my mother’s “real” first name and “real” last name had changed significantly as she and her family became Americanized.

When I expressed my amazement, the woman said: “That’s nothing…we’re routinely asked to find birth certificates from the 1800s, and we do that all the time!”

Total time it took me to find my mother’s 1913, born-in-a-farmhouse birth certificate: 10 minutes!

Well, I've yet to see anything that disproves he is a natural born citizen. The Congress is responsible for reviewing all presidential qualifications. He'll has either presented this proof already, or will have to do so before taking the oath.

This statement openly confirms Berg’s second foundation for asserting that Obama is not a U.S. citizen. He gave up any U.S. citizenship he might have once held when he was legally adopted by Lolo Soetoro, M.A. a citizen of Indonesia. Obama’s Indonesian school records also confirm his status as the adopted son of Soetoro and a citizen of Indonesia.


Indonesian law did not allow dual citizenship at that time, which means in order to become a citizen of Indonesia; Barry Obama (aka Barry Soetoro) had to give up his American citizenship. This is exactly what Berg asserted in his suit, which the Obama main stream press continues to cover up today.

if he is an american now who cares if for a time he wasnt. Futher more, from the exerts people have posted of that section of the constitution it doesnt actually seem to matter. As long as he IS a citizan and was born in the US it seems to be that he can run even if for a period he gave up that citizanship. It never says ANYTHING about continueas citizanship from birth to present

 

If he's a American now, he would have to be naturalized, and there is no evidence of that, and the Constitution requires that you be a natural born citizen, and that you have never renounced your citizenship.

By being adopted, and becoming a Citizen of Indonesia, he is no longer a American Citizen, and the true kicker is that under Indonesian law, it did not allow dual citizenship.

This is a constitutional shade of grey. It would have to be fleshed out in courts, though Indonesian law would have no effect on the outcome.

The questions would be: was he born a citizen and did he renounce that citizenship? If so, when did her re-naturalize. The fun thing would be, can he, even though having been born a citizen, renounced that citizenship and re-naturalized himself a citizen of the USA still become president.

My guess is yes, because the part of the constitutional rule says nothing about what happened afterwards. As long as he was born one and is one when he gets elected, he's legal. IMHO.

Two things to note you can see the fold, the embossing from the fold is viable, and The Great Seal of Hawaii is not clear.

State Documents have very clear and precise images, and this does not.

In short, there is nothing in this copy to indicate that it is, in fact, a “certified copy.” As I have shown above, there is a whole lot of evidence that it is a manufactured copy. There certainly is a very strong motive for creating one.

By Law, a stamp signature is not legal for Federal or State legal documents, a written signature has to be in place for it to be a legal document.

Written signatures help stop forgery.

And a stamped signature isn't legal as to certification of a Federal or State document.

Anyone can make a stamp, and anyone can use a stamp, but only a signature in ink is legal for official documents, or a encrypted digital signature.

Every Federal or State Document that I have, that has a stamped signature, is countersigned by a hand written signature, that is the requirement by law, with out it the document has no standing.

And it still is not his long form birth certificat, that is the only legal document to prove legal natural born citizenship, or a Consular Report of Birth or FS-240
