I swear if I ever get to meet you two, I'm buying him a big ass pitcher of beer (or bottle of spirit).

I don't think a lot of men put as much effort into their relationships as they do their jobs. They worry about getting fired more than they do about getting divorced. Until it happens of course.

And its not how it is all the time. We've had sex in his office more than he's gotten yelled at in it.

What if you DO NOT WANT the same in your partner?

Really, I am fairly athletic, and love outdoor things. I love camping, mountain climbing, and scuba diving. Climbing a rock wall with a 100 lb backpack is what I consider fun. I know women who do such things, some better than I; unfortunately, I do not find them remotely attractive. Thin women have no sex appeal to me. I like fat women. I know, proper euphemisms are "chubby", "rubenesque", and "BBW", but they all mean same thing - fat. All my girlfriends had been fat, and physically unable to participate in my outdoor fun. Which can be a problem.

Ideally, I'd like to have two girlfriends - one to sleep with, and the other to crawl inside shipwrecks with, but that's not going to happen. Although isn't "two [or more] girlfriends" the most common male desire?

If you convert to Islam you can not only have 2 but 4, the best part is that you can inform the other girls about each others existence. I personaly only want one partner but if I wanted more I would become a muslim.

Just pay lip service to the religion etc and claim the rewards of multiple partners.

    Win win.

    peace.

That's quite the conundrum isn't it? While sex is great. What the point of having a girlfriend who can't do fun things with? Aside from the fact that fat guys aren't really all that appealing to me, I also know they would never be able to keep up with me and that's no fun at all. (of course I can't keep up with my boyfriend, but he's pretty good at entertaining himself

But you can do all those other fun things with male and female friends you aren't sexually attracted to. The girlfriend can help shop for the stuff, help plan the trip, help pack for the trip, drive you to where you need to go and wait for you at home all cozy in bed.

And that's more or less what happens. But sometimes I wish she could come to a party of these friends of mine and not feel like an outsider. Granted, it's not a big deal - if anything, I should count my blessings, compared to many other guys!

That would drive me crazy. Off having fun without me...:bawl: I'd be so sad. I'm trying to think of something that my boyfriend goes off and does without me for fun, but I'm drawing blanks. There must be something we don't do together...

My husband and I do a lot of things apart. I think that way we appreciate the time we spend together more. And besides there are a few of our friends the other doesn't like. That way we can keep our friends and our spouse.

You've probably been with your husband for longer than I've even been allowed to date. But all of the stuff I do for fun during my leisure time I do with him. We spend all day apart (or several days in his case) because of work. Everyone keeps telling me that all the time we spend together is just a phase. So I'll take their word for it.

My parents only do stuff together on the weekends or on their special date nights.

My college roommate and her first husband were best friends and spent every moment blissfully together. It squeezed out her friends, including me.
The he died in a car accident and she was lost. She had no friends to lean on.
    I learned from that.

Hehe! Excellent quote! I'm gonna start using that phrase when someone asks me for something unreasonable.

I'm a 'what's good for the goose is good for the gander' type too. Hell, I'd probably spit on you if you offered to lift something heavy for me.
