That can change in a heartbeat. Also, the court can order them, let's say the police raids a pedophile's house who manages to destroy his computer. With Google they could gain enough evidence against him...

Yes. But they can also do anything they wish with it.

If I was to make some music that I wanted to put online and sell, Google could take my music and use it however, whenever, and wherever they wanted.

Not exactly.
You still oen the copyright, therefore copyright laws would be applicable.
Any contract that supercedes laws will not hold up in court.

I do like it as a browser though.
Perhaps outsiders will develop utilities to make it less intrusive.

It would give them unbelievable commercial advantage if they collated all the information going through them.
For example, if you were a seller on amazon or eBay, they could track your sales.

Nobody mentioned it yet, but what if Google accidently leaks info or it can be hacked? It is nice to have all those data in one place...
The point is that Google doesn't need to be evil to have this kind of system dangerous to privacy...
