One day God is going to come and knock over anything taller than 30 floors in Dubai:

I have no idea if that particular photo is real or CG, but the winter season in the UAE includes periods of fog that is very low, and very thick. It makes for a breathtaking skyline above the layer. I've seen the fog peter out around 150 feet before, in Jebel Ali, so it happens.

One day Dubai will all be underwater when the polar ice caps all melt away and the oceans rise over 100 feet!

100 feet is only 10 floors. So these buildings will be fine...

I heard, this morning, a report that claimed the average yearly income for a 25 year old male in Abu Dhubia is $180,000 USD.

See, not everyone hates the rising cost of energy!

Wow, those photos are crazy. What smog!

    $180,000!?!?!?

Could anyone give me an estimation on the number of prostitutes in that city? Number of con artists? Murders? Babylon? Perhaps...

What they are missing is sky bridges....I guess that will be coming soon....

Dubai has a lot of expensive prostitutes mostly from past communist blocks...competing with the French....
