I have tracked this back as far as I can. In the interest of not being accused of plagiarism, the following quote was obtained from: http://www.encyclopediadramatica.com/BitingBeaver/RapeChecklist From http://www.encyclopediadramatica.com/BitingBeaver/RapeChecklist I was intrigued by Angrybellsprout's point in this post: http://www.sciforums.com/showthread.php?t=82688 From: http://www.sciforums.com/showpost.php?p=1918007&postcount=100 http://www.sciforums.com/showpost.php?p=1918007&postcount=100 Tiassa, I'm your Huckleberry... These 51 points certainly seem like femtroll material to me. Anyone have comments?
You're right. They believe this BS. Some of the 51 points are actually valid, but the philosophy behind them is strikingly inconsistent. On the one hand, women want and enjoy sex as much as any man, on the other, they should have extraordinary rights and privileges. Why can't we all accept responsibility for what we, as individuals, choose to do? Seems logical to me....
Remember, we have a limited amount of time to discuss this before the thread is locked by the liberal, leftist and politically correct morality police...
I just love the ones about talking her into sex, yet I don't see these same femtards accusing women who nag men into buying them things of crimes equlivant to rape.

lets look at this logically 1. You are a rapist if you get a girl drunk and have sex with her. Under the changes to the sexual assult laws this is correct, if you are intoxicated you cant concent. However as previously stated if the laws are written correctly they wouldnt make a case without the intoxicated persons agreement they were raped and its highly unlikly this case would fly if the person was your regular sexual partner unless there were aditional cirumstances. 2. You are a rapist if you find a drunk girl and have sex with her. True, as above but rember these laws are NOT gender specific 3. You are a rapist if you get yourself drunk and have sex with her. Your drunkeness is no excuse. Um this just doesnt make any sence, if you force yourself on someone then no intoxication isnt an excuse. However as above if you are the one intoxicated during "concentual" sex then YOU are the one who has been raped under the law 4. If you are BOTH drunk you may still be a rapist. Again if forced then yes it is rape but if you are both drunk its HIGHLY unlikly either would be charged with breach of concent as both people have commited the same crime 5. If she's alternating between puking her guts out and passing out in the bed then you're a rapist. As above, if forced its rape, if not then breach of concent (equivlant to statitory rape) and again not gender specific 6. If she's sleeping and you have sex with her you're a rapist. Under law again this is correct, however again its not gender specific. Again depending how the law was written preconcent (ie to a regular partner) makes this not rape (really need to find that bill) 7. If she's unconscious and you have sex with her then you're a rapist. As above but i would find it HIGHLY unlikly anyone would give pier concent to this unless you are talking about unconsciousnes through intoxication. Again not gender specific 8. If she's taking sleeping pills and doesn’t wake up when you have sex with her then you’re a rapist. As above and still gender netural 9. If she is incapacitated in any way and unable to say 'Yes' then you're a rapist. As above and STILL not gender specific 10. If you drug her then you're a rapist. Actually this one is wrong, you are guilty of rape and guilty under the new drink spiking legislation. Still its not gender specific 11. If you find a drugged girl and have sex with her then you're a rapist. As for the others and still not gender specific 12. If you don't bother to ask her permission and she says neither 'Yes' or 'No' then you could be a rapist. Um i find this one highly suspect, if she never says "no" then you are NOT guilty of rape unless the above conditions aplie. This would be impossable to prove in a court of law. Still its not gender specific 13. You are a rapist if you 'nag' her for sex. Because you manage to ply an eventual 'yes' from a weary victim doesn't mean it's not rape. You are a rapist. Um no, thats not rape as long as no threat of force is used, it IS however a sign that you need to change relationships 14. You are a rapist if you try to circumvent her "No" by talking her into it. She's not playing hard to get, and, even if she IS it's not YOUR responsibility to 'get' her. You're still a rapist. As above 15. You are a rapist if you manipulate her into sex when she doesn't otherwise want it. If you say, "If you loved me you’d do X" then you're a rapist. If you say, "All the other kids are doing it!" then you're a rapist. As above 16. If you threaten her, or act in a way that SHE thinks you're threatening her then you're a rapist. If you puff up and get loud and frustrated while trying to 'talk' her into sex then you're a rapist. This is mostly correct, any force or threat of force is rape. However its still not gender specific. However getting frustrated that you havent had sex with your regular partner in a year and showing that frustration verbally (with no threat of force) is NOT rape 17. You are a rapist if you don't immediately get your hands off of her when she says 'no'. You are a rapist if you take your hands off of her and then put them back ON her after 10 minutes and she eventually 'gives in' to this tactic. The first part is correct (except its sexual assult NOT rape) 18. You are a rapist if you won't let her sleep peacefully without waking her every 15 minutes asking her for sex. Sleep depravation is a form of torture and YOU are a rapist. Well not acording to the US goverment, but anyway i HIGHLY doubt this would ever see a court. This sort of tactic again is a sign you need to change realtionships though 19. If you're necking with her and you're naked and you've already gone down on her and she says 'No' to sex with you and you have sex with her anyway then you're a rapist. True either partner can stop sexual activity at ANY time for any reason 20. If you're engaged in intercourse and she says 'No' at ANY point and you don't immediately stop then you're a rapist. As above and its not gender specific 21. If she said "Yes" to sex with a condom and that condom breaks and you proceed anyway then you're a rapist. No your an idiot 22. If she picked you up at a bar looking for sex and then decides that she doesn't WANT sex and you continue then you're a rapist. as for 19 and 20 23. If she changes her mind at ANY point for ANY reason and you don't immediately back off or you try to talk her into it and get sex anyway then you're a rapist. Umm the second parts wrong the first as for 19 and 20 24. If you don't hit her and she says 'No' you're still a rapist. well this one makes no sence 25. If you don't have a knife or a gun or a garrote and she says 'No' then you're still a rapist. oh thats what its talking about, yes its correct. Either partner can say no and expect to have it respected. If they dont respect that then they are commiting criminal rape 26. If you're a friend of hers you can still be a rapist. Oviously this is true (though as all of them not gender specific) 27. If you had sex with her the night before but she doesn't want morning sex and you pressure her for it anyway then you're a rapist. Any cohersive force is rape but its still not gender specific 28. If you're her husband you can still be a rapist. So could she 29. If it's your wedding night and she doesn't WANT to have sex with you and you force or coerce her anyway then you're a rapist. Oviously and still not gender specific 30. If she's had sex with you hundreds of times before but doesn't want to on the 101st time then you're a rapist. do i really have to answer this? 31. If you penetrate her anally, orally or digitally against her will then YOU my friend, are ALSO a rapist. This is correct, rape doesnt just involve penile penitration. And its still not gender specific 32. Women do not owe you sex. True and nither do men 33. Buying her dinner does not entitle you to sex. Ditto (though you could also say sex doesnt intitle you to dinnerPlease Register or Log in to view the hidden image!) 34. Paying her mortgage does not entitle you to sex. Why would you be paying HER morgage? I surpose if she is a prostitute you are 35. Buying her clothing does not entitle you to sex. Ask pritty women about this onePlease Register or Log in to view the hidden image! 36. Buying her lingerie does not entitle you to sex. It also doesn't mean that she has any obligation to wear that lingerie around you. True, though it also doesnt initle her to wear it around any OTHER guy either, this is grounds for devorce 37. Spending any amount of money on her does not, ever, entitle you to sex. This can be flipped around to but is essentially correct, and still isnt gender specific 38. Seeing her legs or cleavage does not entitle you to sex. i was really stupid to start this, i could be GETTING sex right nowPlease Register or Log in to view the hidden image! 39. If she 'turns you on' you're not entitled to sex. ditto 40. If she has fucked every man in a 10 square mile radius and she doesn't want to fuck you and you have sex with her anyway, then you're a rapist. Any use of force or blackmail is rape and that still isnt gender specific 41. Her clothing is not a reason for you to rape her. Her LACK of clothing is no reason to rape her. If she's wearing a thong and pasties you STILL have no right to rape her. Yep this is correct and STILL not gender specific 42. If she's a prostitute and she says "No" then you're a rapist. Yes this is correct and not gender specific 43. If she's a stripper and she says "No" then you're a rapist. Likewise, if she's a stripper and she's been rubbing against your dick all night long and you follow her to her car and have sex with her against her will then you are ALSO a rapist. Ditto 44. If you watch a woman being raped without calling the authorities then you're as bad as a rapist and you may also be a rapist yourself. The last part is wrong but is still a sickening thing to do. I dont however know if there is any law to FORCE you to interven or report it and its STILL not gender specific 45. If you don't fight rape then you accept rape. no comment here 46. If you don't believe a woman when she says she was raped then you're encouraging rape. This one makes no sence, yes unless you are on the jury (or investigating the crime) you shouldnt question a victom because it makes it worse. That being said not all people are belivable (like the girl i know who claimed to be "raped" yet when i offered to take her to the cops she refused and then went back to sleep with him the next night) 47. If you choose to remain friends with a man who raped a woman you are encouraging rape. Thats a judgment call, and its still not gender specific but if you belive a person can pay there debt to sociaty and reform then this makes no sence 48. If you confess to the authorities that you raped a woman it does not exonerate you. You are not suddenly a model of good behavior. actually under our system of law after you pay your debt sociaty is surposed to treat you as though it never happened. 49. If you ‘only’ raped one woman, you’re STILL a rapist. Duh but STILL not gender exclusive 50. You cannot tell who is a rapist by the way they look. Rapists are your friends, your brothers, your fathers and you won't know it. Or mother, sisters ect 51. Do not get frustrated with a woman if she doesn't trust you. SHE already knows that rapists don't wear signs on their foreheads. Something you think is innocuous SHE may find terrifying. Not going to comment here
Whoever made that list really needs a dick in their mouth. Do they know how severe of an accusation it is to call somebody a rapist? I'd say that none of the fifty-one aforementioned scenarios reasonably constitutes a rape case. Some of them are downright laughable, such as the infamous #34: If I'm paying for some no-good bitch's mortgage, then you're damn right I'm getting ass day or night, as I see fit. Kadark the Righteous
Thank you Asguard, for putting forth the effort... As to your comments, let's start with: Show me a citation, anywhere, that proclaims this point of view from a woman's perspective. I totally agree with you, it shouldn't be gender specific. Unfortunately, most references that I have encountered on this topic simply try to reinforce the sexist opinion that men are all insensitive "rapists". My point is that so much of this tripe is simply self serving femnazi BS. Also, liberal leftists are not even willing to discuss it under most circumstances. Asguard, this definitely does not apply to you, as you seem very open and willing to engage in discourse. However, it does apply to most radical fems...
I fully understand your position for cases wherein women distinctly say "no"; however, "cannot say anything" doesn't necessarily mean "no", does it? My rule of thumb is simple: presumed consent. I'm a handsome guy with a great personality, so I simply assume that if she was in a position to give consent, she most assuredly would. It's not a farfetched idea though, when you think about it: dead bodies which aren't claimed usually become cadavers used for medical purposes under "presumed consent" laws. Kadark the Mighty
We're talking about heterosexual couples only, m'dear. Take your gay mumbo jumbo the hell out of this thread. Bless your heart, Kadark the Forgiving
IMO, any man who thinks consent is a given should wake up from a drugged sleep to find his ass can accomodate a train engine and then tell me what he thinks about it.
In my opinion, you're going off topic and stumbling into some homosexual realm of stupidity and irrelevance. Presumed consent only holds true for heterosexual couples, in case you haven't noticed. Also, I was kind enough to include a similar set of laws wherein "presumed consent" was cited, but did it matter to you? Of course not. Or ... are you mad about something else? Tell Kadark your troubles, hun. Kadark the Beast
It has been pointed out many times that men cannot appreciate the horror of being raped. Can women appreciate the horror of being falsely accused of rape? According to this list (wild guess here) 30% of sexual encounters would be considered "rape". Do you actually endorse this?
