Oh come on! He's over 60. If he still looked like he used to, it would be odd.

Do you ever see Jack LaLanne out of his tidy little blue jumpsuit?

Actually Jack looked amazing even at 90...

    CNN:

"At 89, he hits the gym every day at 5 a.m., lifts weights and swims for two hours.

"The only way you hurt your body is not using it. That's the killer: inactivity," LaLanne said recently at his home on the central California coast. "Sitting around on your big fat butt and thinking about the good old days. You've got to work at living. Take care of the most important thing in your life -- your body."

LaLanne hosted a TV exercise show for 34 years. "

Wow, I thought I was an ectomorph, but even I don't look like that. More of a slighter than average mesomorph.

    Hey, that makes me happy.

Depends on what you want. If you want to build body and mass, to be meso is good. if you want to eat whatever you want, ecto is the best....

For the record, Stallone keeps in shape by using HGH...

I don't think there is one aging actor or actress in hollywood that hasn't
had some kind of work done. Shit they have all kinds of money it's like
a drop in the bucket. The longer they look good the longer they
    can still make comebacks.

Does muscle size actually correlate with strength? A lot of people tell me that I extremely strong for a woman, but I'm rather thin. I'm athletic, but still on the skinny side. I was just wondering.

Not necessarrily. Lots of skinny people are strangely powerful. Bruce Lee was a bizarrely powerful tiny asian, some retards seem to generate super human strength from skin, gristle and bone, and there's also that 15 year old russian girl that's pretty lean but can lift more than most 200 + lbs men thanks to being torturously trained by her father since birth (classic russian).
They did a study on her muscles (among other things, it was ofcourse assumed some trickery was involved) and found they had fibres running differently to most people's muscles, sharply diagonal as opposed to nearly vertical, cramming more in to small spaces (or something like that).

It's not cut and dry like the bigger the muscles the stronger you are. None of these body building fags win strongest man contests, not that skinny people do either, but skinny people can be stronger than people with bigger muscles. They could have stronger tendons and core muscles, and what muscle they do have could be more substantial per square inch or whatever.

Along with what Lou said... pure strength is pretty much a demonstration is how efficient the central nervous system is at activating all muscle fibers. To understand how muscle hypertrophy works... look at the calluses on your hands. Before you ever had them the skin looked like all your other skin. Months, weeks, or even days of stress has caused some skin to rub off. To prevent more wearing of the skin, your body repaired the worn skin and then added even more skin. Over time your calluses became thick humps of skin. That's the same principle by which your muscles grow in size.

These tears in the muscle fibers have to be microscopic and well dispersed across the muscle. The way to do this is stress the muscles over a "long" period of time... like 3 sets of 8 reps, for example.

If you do 3 sets of 3 reps then you aren't stressing the fibers themselves for to much of a length of time to do much damage. Some is done, but it may not be very noticeable. But if the weight was heavy enough, you are stressing your central nervous system... and the way for your body to not feel the stress next time is to get better at lifting that weight.

That's why you can see fags with huge chests bouncing their chest muscle while the normal person cannot do that... their CNS is efficient enough to activate nearly all of the muscle fibers in their chest at the same time. Looking around on Youtube, you can find homos bouncing their biceps :-/
