Sun Crusher almost went into mass produce if it wasn't for Kyp Durron.

Maw Irregular Fleet used them to defeat the Galactic Alliance fleets. Every ship except Chinema have atleast one. You don't see it onscreen because it is new technology. I never seen Q make the borg to cease to exist.

George Lucas DOES care about Expanded Universe. The ship that is closest to Millienium Falcon is obivously gonna move close to it, and that ship ( most likely Avenger ) got hit by an astorid. There is something called getting hit in another angle, and Excecutor might be turning around to get closer to the Falcon. The purple lightsaber blade pretty much proves he is third most powerful Jedi, and it tells a big part of his story.

They are trying to move closer to the Falcon, that is obivous you know. You are losing brain cells I expect or did you just got a brain damage or concusssion?

Two reasons, one is that it won't do much on the powerful shields anyways, and they don't want rouge Imperial commanders get their hands on them.

It almost come in mass produce if it wasn't for Kyp.

It is made after the Galactic Civil War, so they can't use it.

You are forgetting, it said HALF the imperial fleet, pay attention to the movies. More firepower, yes it destroyed a planet with MILITARY GRADE PLANETARY SHIELDS. Remeber Han was piloting the Falcon, they want Han alive.

We didn't count the Dreadnaughts, and other sub-star destroyer and non-imperial class star destroyer ships. You don't want us to add them in. Anyways Rebels are keep sabotaging the shipyards. The Renmants have great industrial strengh. The Republic had more Venators, and the Grand Army of the Republic is only made in 10 years.

    That's a disabled superweapon.

    Not sure...

There is no proof that alderan had shields, did it say it in the script?

ok, sky for your metalic phase shift dealy i have 3 words which should make it moot, espcialy considering the references you posted to it earlier seem to indicate it can only be used on small portions of a ship at a time.

    STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY FIELD.

on to the Seismic charge, you basicly just admited it won't be in the fight, if they don't give them out because their afraid commanders will go rouge (i didn't relize mutiny was such a problem in the empire...) it's a shame too, i'm sure they would have loved to have a few at Hoth... and that fleet was commanded by the empires right hand man... which if they were afraid he'd go rouge and mad with power if he had some must mean that the seismic charge is the ultimate weapon after the deathstar... which puts any notion of multi-gigaton or teraton turbolasers right out the window...

also it's clearly bigger than a grenade, maybe the size of a 5 gallon bucket or something.

    as to alderaan's shield

No shield there... which means the SFX guys didn't try to make one... which means it isn't there, since theres no indication in the footage to support one... i do wonder what the novel has to say though?

No... I'd still bring the brunt of my forces to bear and obliterate them as fast as possible...

See, unlike Star Wars generals and Admirals... even the ENSIGNS in Star Trek know basic combat theory... hell, Picard LOVES to quote "Art of War"!

There is people called General Veers, Admiral Peitt, and Grand Admiral Thrawn. the only reason Peitt lost the battle because of Palpatine, and Darth Vader. They are the best strategists of the Empire. Other commanders are just not carful.

That's because the Federation can defeat the Borg on their own... Q has, on multiple times, defended and even prepared Picard and other Federation members for encounters... If you remember, Q has said, on multiple times, that humanity will far surpass the Q in ability and power some day in the future. Picard has been, twice, Q's personal savior... and Janeway was once (Q went to Janeway to bear a son in order to stop the Q Civil War and such). Don't believe Scott when he says Q won't interfere...

    1) He OWES Picard and Janeway
    2) It's all of trek vs all of wars... Q must fight. Thus, he snaps his fingers and all your pathetic little attempts at "super weapons" (which, by the way, Federation WASTE has more firepower than) go bye bye.

Hehe... bye bye. You fail. G'day sucka. YIPPIE KAI YAI MUTHA FUCKA!

It might be, could be, should be, but isn't.

Stop trying to postulate things that you can see clearly aren't true from on screen evidence... god. What a pain in the ass you are.

No, Alderaan had no shields as is clearly shown in the movies.

It "ALMOST" went mass produced, but it didn't. So moot fucking point. Just like the Borg "ALMOST" assimilated Earth in First Contact... but they didn't. So it doesn't matter.

That's nice... too bad the sub-SD's are just as pathetic *shrugs sadly* I had actually hoped a new voice in this debate would bring some new thoughts, not the same old bullshit that's gone on for 500 pages.

Not quiet, I believe there is still atleast one still out there, because there was more then 1 Sun Crusher. They just can't find it.

    Me neither

Any proof from the scripts that Anakin uses From VI? Any proof from the scripts that Hayden Christinsen plays Anakin Skywalker? Any proof from the script about Padme wore a yellow dress? Any proof from the script that the Proton Tropedo was red? None, it is called visuals.

But they build more then one BEFORE Kyp destroyed Maw Installation, so there is still atleast one out there.

Skywalker, here's a problem for you to hypostulize...

Since apparently desertion and mutiny and rogue commanders are such a problem in the empire, consider this:

The average "telepathic" species in Star Trek is able to sway a persons actions one way or another... imagine what a group of powerful Betazed (remember, Troi is HALF betazed) could do to a squadren of IMperial Bucketheads.... I bet they'd turn against each other in a heartbeat!

I don't care... if your CO starts acting out of line or gives an order that threatens the safety of the ship, the next in command can take over. Apparently, nobody on these ships is smart enough to THINK FOR THEMSELVES!
