To be fair that's not exactly natural. As for one species rearing another, what about Cuckoo's ? Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image!
Brest enlargement of pre-teen girls and the time which girls reach puberty is becomming a lower and lower age. We are now seeing as low as age 7 from the horomoes dumped into cows milk. Enmos do you want to get reported for that remark? I find that offensive.
how do you know its milk hormones? Aren't you assuming that? Do you have a link to the study that was done?
It would never happen in nature. Your pets are in an unnatural environment in which they got used to each other. Try picturing a pack of wolfs taking care of baby lynx Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image!
If the kittens were just born, how were they used to eachother? I know I read a story of a cheetah trying to save a baby gazelle. anyways.....its off topic.
You are all correct. It is in the Chicken, the meat, the milk. The food is contaminated and no one has done anything about it. The food isnt safe but you have to eat. I prefer taco bell over the store because there is fewer contaminants in re-fried beans than artifically-horomonal meat and milk. No, you will not find studies, only articals because big brother corperations dont want the people to know what they are eating.
You agree that it's unnatural behavior right ? Of the dog of course, not of the kittens. The Cheetah story is probably some urban legend, but that aside.
According to Wikipedia: "Animal milk is first known to have been used as human food at the beginning of animal domestication. Cow milk was first used as human food in the Middle East. Goats and sheep were domesticated in the Middle East between 9000 and 8000 BC[citation needed]. Goats and sheep are ruminants: mammals adapted to survive on a diet of dry grass, a food source otherwise useless to humans, and one that is easily stockpiled. The animals were probably first kept for meat and hides, but dairying proved to be a more efficient way of turning uncultivated grasslands into sustenance: the food value of an animal killed for meat can be matched by perhaps one year's worth of milk from the same animal, which will keep producing milk — in convenient daily portions — for years. Around 7000 BC, cattle were being herded in parts of Turkey. There is evidence from DNA extraction of skeletons from the Neolithic period that people in the northern Europe could not consume milk as they were missing the necessary genes to product lactose. Scientests claim it is more likely that the genetic mutation allowing the digestion of milk arose at some point after dairy farming began. The use of cheese and butter spread in Europe, parts of Asia and parts of Africa. Domestic cows, which previously existed throughout much of Eurasia, were then introduced to the colonies of Europe during the Age of exploration." http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Milk#History
Oh, sorry m8. Thank you for that information, but bugs are bugs, not mammels, but very good examples. If you think about it, to humans it is more natural to milk cows than women, but why dont we milk women? because its inhumain right? no not at all, we do it to cows for milk which our women produce, which is more healthy and contains anti-bodies which Cow milk does not.
Hormones: It’s What’s for Dinner To make cows grow at an unnaturally fast rate, the cattle industry implants them with pellets full of hormones. While low levels of naturally occurring hormones are found in various foods, many scientists are concerned that the artificial hormones injected into cows cause health problems in people who eat them. The Los Angeles Times reports that confidential industry reports have found extremely high levels of estradiol, “a potent cancer-causing and gene-damaging estrogen,” in meat products from cows treated with the hormone. According to the Times, “[T]he amount of estradiol in two hamburgers eaten in one day by an 8-year-old boy could increase his total hormone levels by as much as 10% …
Yes, but human milk is for human babies. That cow milk is supposed to be for baby cows apparently doesn't concern us.
