Instead of blabbering on about how bad it is for you to drink milk and that we shouldn't do so. Why don't you make a thread about something that’s a little more threatening to your health and then say we shouldn't be aloud to consume that product. A good example would be cigarettes, or alcohol. I actually consume both occasionally but, never the less; it would do a whole lot better to turn people’s attention to the deadly substances that we consume rather than the lacking in essential nutrients of milk. Further more....you won't find any one natural food item that will totally fit a nutrition specialist thought of a perfect balance in nutrients.

Cow"s milk is considered as non-vegetarian food.

So if you are non-vegetarian then you can drink milk.

As far as health is concerned there are pros and cons for drinking cow's milk.

By experience it is recommended to drink milk in young age or when health is good.

It is not recommended in old age depending on health condition.

It is suspected that there are NANO-BACTERIAS in the milk.

These Nano -bacterias are resposible for heart disease.

The April 2008 PNAS article suggests that reported blood nanobacteria do not exist in terms of the classical requirements for bacterial status and reports: "CaCO3 precipitates prepared in vitro are remarkably similar to purported nanobacteria in terms of their uniformly sized, membrane-delineated vesicular shapes, with cellular division-like formations and aggregations in the form of colonies."

The April 2008 PLoS PATHOGENS article focused on the comprehensive characterization of nanobacteria. The results of the article definitively ruled out the existence of nanobacteria as living entities. However, the study revealed that they are a unique self-propagating entity similar to prions - corresponding to self-propagating mineral-fetuin complexes.

Milk is very good for your skin. It contains essential proteins, not to mention a good source of calcium to build up the bones. It is very essential for ones diet.

Fair enough, we get small amounts of other things in our diet. Did you know there is a small amount of fluride in tea?

Fluoride is a good thing in small quantities.

"Allergic asthma and rhinitis, atopic dermatitis
(AD)urticaria...are common diseases of infants and children.
Cow's milk appears to be the most common offending food...in
cutaneous manifestations of atopic disease. It was recently
estimated that 14% of children suffer from AD and about 25%
from adverse reactions to cow's milk."

"As pointed out by Dr. Jerome Fisher, 'About 80 percent of
cows that are giving milk are pregnant and are throwing off
hormones continuously.' Progesterone breaks down into
androgens, which have been implicated as a factor in the
development of acne...Dr. Fisher observed that his teenage

Mmm... not true enny. It was proven last year that milk quite literally ''takes in'' more of human fat. They tested this, by checking human shit. They found that 50% more fat was found to be in shit when a person drank milk after eating food. This is actually a really good dietry plan for the obese.

We in fact are the only creature on earth who depends on another creatures excrament...

This is quite gross but understandable... We bombard our cows with horomones, this has caused great diformaties in people now days... What do you think 50 years of artifical horomones would do to the human body?
