I know that. Its why I say its ok for my daughter to get a padded bra. You don't want to get your daughter one, you want to let her go bra-less, fine. But don't say its wrong for my daughter to wear one.

Why are you guys freaking out over what Tesco chooses to sell?
If it's such a big deal, stop buying the bras, and Tesco will stop stocking them. Quite simple.

What I find more bizarre are people like lucifers angel, who buy their prepubescent daughters padded bras.

yep, which is why she's getting one. If she had asked for one at 7, I would have laughed her out of the store.

I have yet to see a spread of proof that any company if targeting 7 yr olds with this bra.
