The new episode sucked... except for the death of Cally who's demise I have been praying for since the second season. What a pointless shrew. Were I Tyrol I would blown her out an airlock ages ago. History has shown that airlocks are the best way to dispose of heartless, alien bitches who have acid running through their veins. This only supports that theory.

Oh... and the Cylon insurrection was pretty nifty.

    The rest sucked.

Perhaps, but the Cylon that killed her seemed to enjoy it a bit too much. Methinks she's going over to the dark side.

I moved quite a while ago to where I did not have access to BSG, but recently I've been following the new season, and I am horribly perplexed by the warm smiles sometimes shown between a Boomer Cylon copy among the crew and other crew members. What gives? How did the Boomer Cylon copy become a totally accepted member of the crew?

    Very Respectfully,
    Ray Donald Pratt

She turned against the cylons, and saved the fleet from an alien virus, Also, she's married to Agathon. Plus, she saved the presidents life, and even after they switched her babies, she still chose to remain with the fleet.

Don't forget she was instrumental in the rescue of the humans from New Caprica.

its all an act by Cylons to gain trust of the humans and at the right time strike the ship

Seems like all the new skin jobs are losing it. Anders seems to be holding up the best, I'd say that's because he's out on a specific mission.

Poor Tigh is taking it the worst. How must it feel to have killed your wife for collaboration with the cylons, only to find out you're a Cylon! I think this will actually keep him more loyal than any of the other new skinjobs. He's already killed one of the two most important people in his life, apparently for nothing. He will not betray Adama, or the ship.

I think he and Anders are the only ones we can count on right now. The chief could go either way, and the president's aide is just waiting for the chance to betray humanity.

"Escape Velocity". Oh my fracking gods! [plug plug] This was, perhaps, the "Spock's Brain" of the BSG series. I keep defending the show to Counte and now I'm left wondering, "WTF was I thinking?"

Spock's Brain! Yes, that episode sucked. But hey, they can't all be gems. Here's Spock, without his brain!

I think the tease is getting to be a bit much, like hours of foreplay but she just won't let you cross home plate! Who's the damned last Cylon? What the hell is going on? Where's earth? Is this all going to somehow make sence at the end or just be some implausable bullshit?

How many episodes are left, anyway?

Spock's Brain was one of the best episodes ever.

    "Brain, brain, what is brain?"

Season four will be the longest one of them all. A total of 23 episodes have been ordered. Ten were written before the writer's strike, and have thus been filmed. There will be a [possible] ONE YEAR HIATUS in the middle of season four (which would actually make for two seasons in my book).

2 of those episodes were actually Razor though.

Didn't like the last episode. 1 hour and we're almost no further along than we were when we started :grumble:

    Spoiler

Mutiny on the Demetrius! It seems, from the previews, that they end up jumping to the basestar anyway. After all, it's boring if they don't, and I want some more action already!

My son is convinced the "hybrids" are telling the truth about Starbuck. I say, why the hell should we believe anything a cylon says, even a hybrid?
