    Do you know what humans did to sharks because of the movie "Jaws" ?
    I am just saying that most humans would have killed the ray for killing that woman because they some how think the ray did it on purpose.
    Most humans are moronic that way.
    And it is not an ideology, it's common sense (well maybe not that common).

    I think the sailors were a little blown away by all this and were too busy trying to help the woman to even think about the ray. Besides, you know how the authorities are. When they investigate the incident they are going to want the ray as evidence.
    • Cop: I see. And where is this "giant ray" you claim killed this woman?
    • Sailor: Uh, I just threw it back in the water.
    • Cop: YOU DID WHAT? You threw the key piece of evidence overboard?
    • Sailor: Well yeah, I figured it might still be alive and needed to be back in the water to survive.
    • Cop: You know, scumbag. I think you're lying. I think YOU killed this woman and you're trying to blame it on a fish. Now tell me why you killed her.
    • Sailor: [stammers, fidgets, looks guilty as hell] I-I-I, I mean it-it-it, well she-she-she...
    • Cop: Book 'im, Dan-O.

    I would just like to point out that the boat she was on was going faster than the ray. They collided. If someone is driving down a road in Maine and rams into a Moose walking across the road we would not say MOOSE KILLS WOMAN.

    The headline is more sensational that way. And contributes, if pathetically, to stupidity.

    Why is it wrong or confused for him to complain but not you?
