I'll assume from the question you are and yep Spud Court ( Empire darling) is
a vibey place, we have the Spud Empress, sexy, sassy, massively intelligent ( no, she's not looking over my shoulder), funny, ribald and beautiful, there's three amazing grommets, one 5 year old chick with way too much spunk, also humourous, insanely clever, talented and feisty. There's a twelve year old boychild who is just fun on legs, again funny as shit and an absolute powerhouse of energy and sunshine. Fifteen year old manchild who is intense, so handsome it hurts, focussed, also highly intelligent, bookish, stylish, a fashionista of impeccable taste ( not easy living in the boonies).
And the Cat, Creaky, he's cool, cool, cool. He loves to playfight and has incredibly devious methods of retribution.

Yes, I adore them all and no I'm not exaggerating about them in the least, I'm actually playing down their respective talents and awesomeness.

What I look like,..hmm! I won't post a pic but imagine a rougher looking David Bowie., I've been likened to him at times, also Hugh Jackman but think Paul Hogan circa Croc. Dundee, you know, sort of weathered, with the laugh lines and crows feet.

America, don't know, I'd love to visit. Seems an amazing and diverse place.
I've met plenty of Americans, some really wonderful people and some fucked up freak jobs too. Overrated in some ways perhaps, a bit too hyped sometimes.

Do I love my country, Shit yeah! I'm mad for this place but the place more than the people, I'm not overtly patriotic. The people can actually shit me to distraction, middle Australia is base, daft, stupid, naive, irritating and poorly evolved. Having said that, the good Aussies are a rare breed and are fucking awesome. The irreverence, reliability and extraordinary ability for humour are irresistable.
I love the physical Australia with a passion, I can get exremely excited by things like gum trees, beaches, heat, surf, rocks.
I am also very fond of the indigenous Australians. People who have had their culture totally shat on and are struggling in lots of ways but are remarkable people, very, very deep.

 

I'm here because it's pretty damn stimulating, I love the banter and the science and knowledge, there are some amazing people here ( although it seems not many are prepared to admit that).
I mostly post inane dribble with hopefully the odd gem thrown in.

Of course I've lost it in public, lost lots of shit, lost my cool, lost my way, lost my nerve, even lost my freedom for an afternoon.
I lost my cool once with a nurse who was being catty and unhelpful to my ( then wife) who was quite ill.

The last question I'll have to come back to, I've got nothing at the moment.
