I am curious. Will you send it to me via PM? (I will not post it or otherwise disclose it as it is in my interest to see something develope.)

I did notice, when checking to see if the web page I gave you was still valid, that they had recently gained status by becoming part of the "Brazilian DOW" -Perhaps that explains most of the recent rise in stock price wrt Cosan, etc.

BTW, Bloomberg is working again for me. I did have them graph CSAN3:BZ (cosan) with SMTO3:BZ and it was rewarding for me. I sure make the correct choice about 8* months ago. Cosan is near all time low and San Martino is very rapidly climbing still. At this rate will make all time high in a day or two. (Bloomberg would only display one year of data so that may only be 52 wk extremes.)
    -----------------
    * said 6 in earlier post from memory, but from graph of price I see it was actually 8 months ago when I decided which to buy.

My closest friend has been evolving the enzyme that converts cellulose (aka switchgrass) to EtOH for a private company. Mobile just invested $500,000,000 with them.

If I get a reply, I will let you know. Then I can pass that information to major buyers I know overseas. There is a way to sell in USA, but it depends on what the CFO wants to do. There is some serious activities ahead if there is an interest.

My money is on Verenium (VRNM) which has dropped in value, but not sure just now how my original purchase of DVSA is doing. See: www.verenium.com
I bought shares of Diversa (DVSA) before the merger with Celunol which formed VRNM as they worked with nature. I.e. dissected many termites and got their enzime making bugs for the termite's guts. (not enzimes from some Ph.D chemists) Termites can convert 95% of what they consume into energy within 24 hours!

Under an exclusive license with Verenium covering four nations in East Asia, Marubeni Corporation and Tsukishima Kikai Corporation, LTD (TSK) completed the {world's} first demonstration project using the Company’s technology in January 2007. The Osaka Project utilizes demolition wood waste in producing up to 1.3 million liters of cellulosic ethanol annually. A second phase, planned for completion in 2008, will increase production to 4 million liters per year. Vereium is now starting up the first large scale celulosic US plant near JENNINGS LA and working with local farmers to assure a continuing supply of celulose, but has not been doing much investor PR recently (I hope because they are too busy with this start up. Some months old data at last link below. At least they are being paid by some of their many partners for their ACCOMPLISHMENTS & MARKETED PRODUCTS, not only to do research by Dept of Energy, etc.) Following web page gives quick overview showing that VRNM is much more than just a "developer of Celulosic Alcohol", which I think will always be significantly more expensive for reasons given in post 12. (As always, I take a long term POV and fortuantely do not need to be concerned with short term profits.)

    http://www.verenium.com/Pages/Specialty Enzymes/Pipelines/ProductPipeline.html

I keep personal files on about 60 frims I own shares of. Below are some VRNM entries.

8Jan08 achieved an important technical milestone associated with a research program with Syngenta AG. As a result of this achievement, Verenium will receive a $500,000 payment from Syngenta.

8Jan08 Verenium and Bunge Oils, Inc., a part of Bunge North America, the North American operating arm of Bunge Limited (NYSE: BG), announced today that they have signed a NEW agreement to develop enzyme processes for the enhanced production of edible oils.

Sept07 Local newspaper story on the new pilot plant in La. See:
    http://www.southeasttexaslive.com/s...8894598&BRD=2287&PAG=461&dept_id=512504&rfi=6

22June07 Diversa and Celunol merged to be Verenium Corporation, VRNM, with specialty enzyme products and unique technical for biomass-derived sugars, especially cellulosic ethanol, or industrial applications.

12June07 Favrille, Inc. FVRL a biopharmaceutical company developing patient-specific, active immunotherapies for the treatment of cancer, acquired a panel/series of anti-CD20 monoclonal antibodies from DVSA. They were optimized using Diversa's proprietary Human Framework Reassembly(TM) technology. Also got the corresponding patents and an exclusive, royalty-free license to selected pending patents for commercialization of the panel. Financial terms not told.

28March07 private placement of $100e6 of 5.50% Convertible* (conversion rate of 122.5490 shares per $1,000 of principal equivalent to approximately $8.16 per share) Senior Notes due in 2027. Including fully subscribed over-allotment options, a total of $120e6 sold, resulting in $115.9e6 net. Diversa intends to use funds for continued expansion of its biofuels business, continued investment on product development and commercialization efforts in its specialty enzyme business, and for general corporate purposes, including working capital, but as shares are not registered they can not be traded until this is done.

28Feb07 Expanded old agreement with Cargill to discover and develop novel enzymes for the cost-effective production of a proprietary food-related products.

21Feb07 Deal with BUNGE: Diversa discovers and makes enzymes. Bunge commercialize oils made with enzyme processes. Diversa has received upfront fee & gets full funding for discovery and development, plus is eligible for milestones & royalties on products commercialized.

12Feb07 Diversa / Celunol union now has start-to-finish cellulose alcohol in production. Details at:
