Without electricity, since Israel has bombed all electric generators and controls fuel and electricity (not to mention food and medical aid), the internet would be pretty redundant.

And blocking all access to schools would make the internet even more redundant.

Under Israeli rule, the Palestinians also made vast progress in social welfare.
