I must have indicated a dozen times now that, yes, your argument was similar, but it took a radical departure from mine at a particular point

any even partially introspective mod who had outstripped the opposition in two polls as you have might ask themselves "What am I doing that the other eighteen mods are not?"

as the polls indicate, I am not the source of your problem, despite being an apparent easy target

That's because his "scam-proof poll" is, quite clearly, a scam.

It came moments after he was having a hissy over my well-thought counter-arguments to one of his own; he's demonstrated a lack of integrity in the past (plagiarism, lying, intellectual dishonesty, etc.), so I've no reason to believe he didn't PM several other "fellow believers" in order to skew his "scam-proof poll," though we have his "word" (such that it is) that he didn't.

Not only this, but the Religion subforum is one that draws a certain kind of poster: evangelicals, zealots, and fundamentalists of all kinds (even the occasional nut, believe it or not). As such, they require constant moderation and frequently voice their discontent through "how dare you" PMs to me. Some even warn me for giving them a warning! They say I'm going to have to answer to their preferred god for interfering with their evangelical efforts!

So, when the first dozen entries of the poll were made, there was no choice for "none" of the above and this "scam-proof" poll was only counting negative hits. Obviously the ratio is skewed given the above factors.

So, LG's "scam-proof poll" isn't -further demonstrating his intellectual dishonesty; his goal is to harass and troll SkinWalker -further demonstrating his intellectual cowardice, since he couldn't feel as though he were winning the argument in the Religion forum. Me being a moderator gives him the excuse he needs to create a grand ad hominem in the form of a thread.

LG is a troll. Usually a very subtle one, relying on ad hominem arguments and other fallacious nonsense pulled from his post modernist bag of tricks.

I've nothing further to say to LG in this thread, but will kindly answer any question that others may have.

I don't usually read your posts, my friend. If they're short and to the point like this one, I give them the once over, but if they're in the usual prose of your Gustav persona, I usually just skip them. Forgive me, but I have difficulty pinning down what it is you're actually trying to say and would rather move on to other posts and articles on the internet written with expediency and comprehension in mind. The things you wrote in your Spookz persona were much better, but perhaps that's just a combination of nostalgia and poor memory.

 

I predict we'll see more ad hominem remarks from LG. This is the pattern when he has nothing rational or reasonable to say.
