It was a thread on forced abortion (a man who gave his girlfriend abortion pills to induce abortion without her knowledge), a serious discussion on men's rights on fetus vs womens rights and the ethics of such.

Fortunately I saw the post immediately after he posted it and deleted both parts, He reposted the part about the child rape, which I also deleted and banned him for overriding moderation

You were warned in an ongoing incident. You knew that reposting deleted material was against the rules. You did so anyway.
Case closed, really.

The actual content of the deleted material is irrelevant. If you had felt that the content was appropriate, you should have gone to one of the admins/supermods. Reposting the material was against site rules and by doing so knowingly you should accept the consequences.
