Well you wanted advice on what to use or buy and if you don't like what

you see then you should try and find what you need on your own. You still

have not answered a few peoples question about how much you want or

have to spend on a good PC so that would benefit us a great deal. Good

    luck on your pursuits.

liar is a very strong word sarksidZz...don't wield it unless you are absolutely sure the person is truly that which you describe them as.

Every country has different deals...as I said earlier in Russia it is cheaper to buy parts and assemble them by yourself, meanwhile in USA it is cheaper to buy a deal.

I used to love buidling PC's, even for friends but there really is not much benefit. The more you spend (usually) the better system you will get. That is tghe trick to buying ready made systems because there are ways manufacturers to go cheap on some components.

The best part about building is you can choose the motherboard which is really the main component to consider.

I reallly like this site for parts:

yeah, that is correct. OEM can be sold by retailers direct to consumers.

    6. What is the difference between OEM product and Full-Packaged Product (FPP)?
ANSWER. OEM products are intended to be preinstalled on hardware before the end user purchases the product. They are “shrink wrapped” and do not come in a box like the retail products do.

    not without the hardware.

If it is an OEM Microsoft Desktop Operating System (such as Windows XP Pro or Windows XP Home), then it must also be sold only with a fully-assembled computer system as well (as of September 1, 2005), just like OEM server and application software.

so, all you people that bought OEM operating systems without the computer are in violation of the law.

MICROSOFT WILL JUMP ON YOU !

i admire your dedication to remaining in a state of ignorance...

it's at least refreshing to see someone so fully committed to a thing...
