I wouldn't trust Reuters as a news source, they have a history of forging photographs to fit their bias. That being said....

It's nothing new for older, richer women to seek poor, young lovers. It's romantic and it's a statement of status. Men have been doing that with women for ages, and vice versa; but women have been more discreet about it. Consider a movie classic: Roman Spring of Mrs. Stone.

Whites no longer tan to blackness, tanning is unhealthy and has gone out of fashion. Flip through fashion magazines and count pasty-faced people against darkly tanned people.
