Im wondering if I should go this season.

50 dollars per day, 3 hour drive (6 hours back and forth), gotta buy more than 300 dollar worth of snowboarding gear... etc..

I can't make up my mind what do you guys think?

That's cheap and close compared to the prices and drives I put up with. And I wouldn't even think of not going. The only question is how many more years before I just move closer to the mountains.

depends on how much you love to board......put it in perspective. Add up all you would spend on boarding for the season. Then compare that amount to other things you could do with the money......and decide from there if it is worht it.

I love boarding its a very "free" experience......so for me its worth it.

Snowboarding is totally worth it - and if you do - never ride on anything but a NEVER SUMMER SNOWBOARD. I work for them and they are sick hand made in Colorado boards. www.neversummer.co.uk

You need to find the deals. If you are a student near a resort there are probobly a bunch of deals available. I can get a pass to Northstar and Sierra at Tahoe for just under 300 $. I annually drop almost a G on skiing a season, but I usually get a pair proformed. And I would get a k2 snowboard. k2 is the most awesome company ever.
