I don't understand what you're trying to say. I said at least. I don't know what % each group makes up of the population, so I couldn't do any real math. I hate not understanding what people are trying to say...

You said that one third of our population are idiots, and then tried to relate them to another segment of our population that has only one half of a brain. I thought that was an amusing juxtaposition of fractional arithmetic. Just a little joke, sorry.

I actually thought it was kind of clever.

There are interventions made by members of groups. (no chimp ever makes a sign and paces around in front of a chimp made structure waiting for the media, but behavior directly parallel to good samaritan or what most of us would call moral behavior is witnessed AS A RULE in most primate groups. So are immoral activities. Oddly enough they are like us in that.)

As to the first point about improving the world, most humans, including most Muslims, do very little to improve the world. Given the monothiests belief that this world is just a transitory phase or testing ground, I also notice fatalism and disinterest in relation to the world is common. Unless it directly affects their household or their belief system. Just like every other monotheistic group Muslims are not environmentalists, for example. Most humans are just like the apes and monkeys, focused on their own food and sex supplies.

Some animals, of course, show incredible loyalty, friendship and love often across species and behave in ways that we rightfully admire in our own species when it, rarely, occurs. And they do this without the fear of God.

(as it happens I believe in God, but I hate the mean spirited monotheist versions, why, more than most things.)

All the rest is blah. May I ask what you personally do to improve the world?
