The rules here forbid people to release the contents of private messages that they receive from the moderators. The only reason for that, I suspect, is because some of the moderators don't want people to reveal the childish taunts that they include in those PMs.

Avatar must be in an under 18 mood or something to have started the kind of pissing contest that he decided to start with me on the above thread. He gave me infractions for responding to insults from Ben the Man and Oli. I can't say that he childishly taunted me in PMs when he did this, so I won't say that, but that rule about not revealing the contents of moderator PMs has got to go. It should be my choice, not theirs.

A point has been made in thread. I wish people would stop their petty cries for attention with mod bashing threads, all they do is cause people to identify them as a target from whining.

You get one infraction for a comment the next thing you know you degrade your own thread to rants and slanging matches, why couldn't you have just taken the infraction like a man, than whine like a little baby.

I don't believe there is any such "rule".

But, it's a simple matter of manners not to publish another person's private communication to you without their permission.

If you want to do it, do it. You'll just look bad.
