btw. have the Global Warming threads been moved. There isn't any doubt that GW exists and that all the evidence point to CO2 emissions being the likely cause. I don't think we can be too sure about the outcome and it seems to me that a large number of people pop stars, film stars to failed politicians are trying to make capital out of it. That is my main cause for complaint. Why are we to assume that the results be entirely negative...meanwhile a few opportunist entrepreneurs are eagerly turning a penny by selling over expensive solar panels and little windmills to stick on the roof and no doubt you're all busy buying them...and no doubt you all travel by bicycle and no doubt you all espouse the use of not only cars but planes as well. btw. these energy efficient light bulbs are crap.

Billy Chyldyshe, what radiation do you think we will be exposed to if the magnetic field were to collapse totally (which it won't)? What kind of radiation? What intensity? etc.. Try answering those questions, then realise why you have been indulging in rumour mongering and false alarm calling.
