in england we start "high school" at the age of 11, maybe thats why we mature faster mentaly than americans. and also why we all usualy have had sex by the time we are 12. peace.
if you count 6th and 7th formers yes, but we are allowed to leave school at 16 here. but many stay on for 2 more years. peace.

yeah, I don't think you have to be mature to have sex. I think the Midwest Bible Belt just has stricter parents.
having sex is part of growing up and maturing into adults, and our young children are placed ins chools with older more mature teenagers, and it rubs off. peace.
being physically mature enough to have sex is a hell of a lot different than being mentally mature enough to have sex. If they were mentally mature, they wouldn't be getting knocked up at such numbers.
