    Proof? I mean picture? In America the fastest wireless is about 11 Mbps and you need special equipment to top that...

    That actually looks like an SDSL (Synchronous DSL as opposed to Asynchronous, or ASDL) connection, they are currently pretty expensive in the UK at least. Although it's more likely due to the job you do you've got a connection into a backbone.

    I have a hunch it's backbone that's internally limited. I'll ask our IT guys when I get the chance.

    That's about as good as it gets.
    Its 20Mb supposed maximum.
