I don't like metal weapons, they're cold and too dangerous (ooops, accidentally cut my head off while training, must go see a doctor).
A Bo or Jo is more my kind of a weapon.

im not familiar with ethiopian weapons, but now i have to do some snooping on google to check it out. in england they are trying to impose a sword ban and weapons ban, i hope it does not pass, guns are already outlawed, if swords and daggars are banned then im moving country.

    i will check the site.

    peace.

i have enough japanese swords already, and they use japanese blades in highlander aswell i think. mostly katana based.

i think i would need a girder to support the buster sword actualy. the only reason i like it is because i liked final fantasy 7. i guess it is a huge ugly blade, but i can only look at it with a smile due to the fact that its the buster sword.

i will check out the site.

a bo staff is the weapon i train with most. and thats the whole point of a weapon, its supposed to be dangerous lol. you dont want your troops marching to battle wielding daffodils. and before you train with a sharp blade you should have mastered a bokken type first. thats why iin most martial arts systems you have to gain a level of expertise before even being awarded the chance to hold a sharp blade.

i personaly train with many live edge weapons. but i have reached a level of skill where it has been permitted. accidents can happen and you must respect your weapon.

    peace.
